NEW! Imported Club Member Lookup- Reservations
Today's update allows you to easily sell tickets to imported club members by searching by their last name or email address. Any contact data that has been imported with the customer's contact record will automatically update the reservation form.
NEW! Google Address Search
When selling tickets via the backoffice, we have now enabled Google Address Search capabilities to make selling tickets faster while ensuring you have accurate address information for the Ticket buyer.
New! Offers & Promotions Page
With the successful launch of Version 4, our development team has shifted focus to expand and enhance existing features. We’re excited to introduce the new Offers & Promotions page—a dedicated space that automatically showcases your business when you create a promotion or offer within the platform.
New! Image Size Requirements for Google Search
To help improve your organic and paid search referrals from Google, today's update includes new image size requirements of 1024px X 683px.
If you would like to see your search engine results (SER), please follow Google's image requirements and update all of your reservation experience images, starting with high quality images.
As part of this release, we have also addressed some of the image caching issues that were causing issues when an image was uploaded and immediately replaced.
FIXED! Ticketed Event Questions
We have completely re-written the entire Questions feature related to Ticketed Events, making it more robust than ever before.
FRONT END IMPROVEMENTS
Business Page Enhancements
We continue to monitor and improve the guest experience across your business listing on our platform. One key update addresses situations where guests search using a specific Event ID that no longer has availability. In these cases, our system will now intelligently surface alternative experiences offered by your business, tailored to the guest's selected date and party size. This enhancement increases the likelihood of retaining guest interest and converting searches into bookings.
NEW! Confirmation Page Redesign- Add-Ons
Today's upgrade completes a redesign we had planned for the new platform which was not quite-complete for launch. This include a newly-redesigned section for Add-Ons and UpSells so that it's more clear as to what the guest selected for their visit that offers these types of options.
NEW! Sold Out Messaging- Reservations
For one-time occurrence reservation-based experiences that are sold out, the system will no feature a "Sold Out" badge so that it's clear to guests that there is no more availability.
NEW! Regional Pages Released
There were a few pages that didn't get updated to our new platform as part of our website upgrade in March. Today's upgrade includes two new regional pages that offer search and filter capabilities.
NEW! Printer-friendly Confirmation Page
For those that book on behalf of guests, such as tour operators, concierges and hoteliers, we have added a new Print button to our My Account page related to reservations. This will generate a page that is optimized for printing, reducing the number of pages required from two pages to one.
IMPROVED! Ticketing Wait List Feature
Today's release includes an overhauled version of the Ticketed event wait list feature.
FIXED! Reservation Lead Time- No Lead Time Messaging
We found that when 'No Lead Time" was selected for a reservation-based experience, the Cancel Lead Time messaging was not displayed consistently. This was fixed with today's release.
Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Updates
We are pleased to report that we have pushed out multiple updates over the past couple of weeks correcting some of the GA4 + GTM issues that we've been addressing. Learn more
Google Actions Center Integration
As the first official Google Actions Center Partner in the wine industry, CellarPass has worked closely with Google engineers to improve how your business appears in search results.
Through our feedback, Google has made several platform updates that will allow enhanced integration between your CellarPass listings and your Google Business Profile. This includes the ability to display a “Book Reservation” button directly within search results, maps and shopping.
Since Google has never worked with wineries before, we will continue to assist Google in optimizing the search for the wine travel category. Be sure to review the New Image Requirements section above to qualify for this new feature.
Incognito Mode Display
For guests that are browsing our website or booking via our widget, we have updated the warning text that is displayed.
Credit Card on File- Ticketing
If your ticketed event uses CellarPass Payments for payment processing, the customer's valid credit card on file will be available to them to use to purchase tickets.
