Release Notes – September 11, 2025
TICKETING
NEW! Policy Statement Question Type
We have added a new question type that can be used to have guests acknowledge specific rules or requirements to attend your event, such as no buses or no large groups. You can set this up to be optional, required and whether the ticketholder or ticket buyer must check the box to acknowledge they are agreeing to your terms.
NEW! Ticketed Event Policy
Different from the Policy Statement Question released above, you can now require the Ticket buyer to acknowledge any policies regarding attendance, children, pets, behavior and so forth as a checkbox just before they submit their order. This is confirmed in Ticketing, Events, Tax, Fees & Payout tab while editing your event.
IMPROVED! Applying Promo Code Valid Message
This update includes an updated message to handle cases where a promo code is not applicable to all tickets that are shown in the list tickets.
IMPROVED! Automated Discounts with Strict Per Customer Use Policy
We had discovered some bugs on how the system was looking up a customer's previous orders against the same event and not preventing the same customer from placing multiple orders and receiving the discount if set to do so.
FRONT END IMPROVEMENTS
IMPROVED! Selecting Reservation Add-Ons in Mobile View
We found rare use cases where the radio button was hidden to some mobile devices when the Menu Selection Add-On Collection Type was used.
IMPROVED! Reservations When Guest Pays Booking Fees
We found use cases when the system was not showing the CellarPass booking fee on a couple of steps when you are on a subscription plan that requires the guests to pay.
