After a year of meticulous development, we are thrilled to announce the official launch of the next-generation CellarPass widget, version 4 (v4).

Designed from the ground up, this all-new widget offers a completely reengineered experience that enhances the reservation and ticketing process, streamlining checkout while meeting the latest security and data privacy standards.

What’s New in CellarPass v4?

The new CellarPass widget introduces a host of features that improve usability, security, and overall customer experience:

• Blistering Performance – Our main goal was to eliminate thousands of lines of code while writing it in a brand-new code base that we found is 8-10X faster than our previous version. Allowing guests to peruse our website and checkout at a blistering pace.

How to Install the New CellarPass Widget

For current CellarPass subscribers, upgrading to v4 is easy. Follow these simple steps to install the latest version on a private page on your website to check for compatibility:

1. Log in to your CellarPass account

2. Select Marketing from the left-hand panel

3. Select Widget from the submenu.

4. There are three different versions of the widget as there was in the previous generation.
   1. Combo (For Reservation Subscribers only)
      This will require the guest to first select a date and number of guests in their party before showing results. This will show both Reservation-based experiences and Ticketed Events (Active-Public)
   2. List (For Reservation Subscribers only)
      This will NOT require the guest to first select a date and number of guests in their party before showing results. This will show a list of Reservation-based experiences that are available within the next 60 days. If they search, it will narrow the results to those that are available based on the date and party size. This view will also show your Ticketed Events (Active-Public)
   3. Tickets
      This version is designed to show only your Active-Public ticketed events. This will not include any Reservation-based experiences.
