RELEASE NOTES
This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
2024 WEBSITE UPDATE
We have been working on a complete redesign of our entire website and at this time we are nearing the nd of our beta testing of our new website which is scheduled to be released in September 2024.
There will be times where we will implement some of those design changes into the current version as to allow a seamless transition to the new design. We will note those changes in future release notes.
NEW! AVIF IMAGE FORMATS FOR 2024
With the new website, we've been doing a lot of testing and research on ways to make our platform faster, more compatible and use less space. We've determined that after a couple of years of using the WebP format, we're moving away to favor the AVIF image format which has proven to create smaller files, making our site perform better, especially for mobile devices or if a poor internet connection is being used.
With our new upcoming design, we've also optimized the image uploader tools that is used to upload, crop and save out our preferred formats. This change will released into our admin panel as we get closer to official release date. All existing images will also be resized and saved in AVIF format, so existing images will not need to be replaced to meet the new specifications for the new website.
IMPROVED! TIME ZONE DECLARATIONS
To make it clear to guests purchasing tickets, this update replaces our commonly-used time zone abbreviations. For example, "PST" and "PDT" to spell out Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern.

-
25 – 34
-
35 – 44
-
45 – 54
-
55 – 64
-

PRO TIP
As with all requirements, we strongly recommend you request the least amount of information as necessary to manage your guests. Studies have shown the more information you require and what information you require has adverse effects on ticket sales.
UPDATED! TICKET ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
This release includes some small design modifications to reduce wrapping of ticket level name on the email receipt.
PASSPORT MANAGEMENT
Beyond the changes to Ticketing above that also apply to Passport events, you'll see that we've added new features that allow even more customization options.
NEW! DISPLAY SELECTED EVENT(S) FOR PASSPORTS WITH RESERVATIONS
This release includes a new feature where you can manually-select specific RSVP-based events to be mapped to your Hybrid Passport event. Go to Event Accessibility within your Ticketed event, scroll down to Display Selected Event(s) to find this new feature.
NEW! CALL TO ACTION BUTTON
You can now select whether "Buy Passport" or "Buy Tickets" is displayed on the event page to add tickets to their cart for checkout. Go to Event Accessibility within your Ticketed event, scroll down to CTA Button to find this new feature.
RESERVATIONS
This release includes improvements to the Reservation features
NEW! MUST CANCEL BY
At the time the guest books their reservation, we will now show a line of text that displays the date and time they must cancel by (If Cancellation policy allows). This is calculated based on the Cancellation Policy assigned to the RSVP-based experience.
If they are booking after the Cancellation policy is in effect, a line of text will make it clear that the guest cannot cancel the reservation once booked.
This same logic and text is also inserted into the Confirmation and Reminder emails.
