Guest Tags & Visit Tags
If you booked a reservation that included Guest Tags and/or Visit Tags, we are now showing those in the updated Reservation details page. This feature is now available to Professional and TablePro subscriptions.
Inconsistent Configure Button
We found an issue where the Configure button was not consistently showing based on the Collection type selected. This was fixed with this release.
TICKETING
NEW! Adding Ticket Levels
You will notice that we've completely redesigned how ticket levels are added to a ticketed event. Now after clicking the Add Ticket there's a new window that requires you to input all the important details for the new ticket level. After saving you, then then update the other necessary details.
Ticketed Event Ticket Levels
You will notice a major improvement when all the ticket levels are displayed in the backoffice as they are now grouped by "Tickets- On Sale", "Tickets- Starts Soon" and "Ticket Sales- Ended". This makes it much easier to understand which ticket sales are currently on sale, those that are scheduled to go live later and which ticket levels have expired.
NEW! Ticketed Event Exports
We've continued on the theme of converting all exports to our new format of requesting exports, which are then downloaded via an email sent to the user's email address that requested the document. This allows us to make our platform more robust and eliminates the need for the document to be exported multiple times as you can now forward the email to other colleagues who may need the same file.
NEW! Ticketed Event Page
With this release, we've made many refinements to the ticketed event page including adding anchor links to the top of the page that allows guests to skip right to the areas they are most interested in. We have also redesigned the layout of many of the key details of the event.
