When guests that booked a reservation are checked in, using Guest Link Pro, TablePro or the admin panel, the guest is automatically sent an email 48 hours later, requesting them to leave a review on CellarPass.
There's a section in the email template that allows you to insert a custom message. You can edit this default message by following these instructions:
1. Log into the admin panel.
2. Select Business from the left-hand menu.
3. From the submenu, select Notifications & Alerts.
4. Scroll down the page until you find a section Reservation Review Business Message.
5. Update your text.
6. Click the Save button.
The updated text will be sent in the next round of review invites.
NOTE: The more and better reviews your property receives, dictates how high in search results you are listed on the CellarPass website. So the more you book, the more you check in, while delivering an outstanding experience, you will rise above the rest.
