Release Notes
This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
- FIXED! Selecting Specific Times
We received a report of an issue with the embedded EventID widget that caused checkout issues when the widget was installed on a very long webpage. This has been confirm as fixed on 8/2/23. - FIXED! Changing Schedules Caused Temporary "Sold Out" Message
We determined the cause of the "blue" sold out messaging when major changes were made to Experience schedules. This caused some dates for the effected experience for about 12 hours while our "clean up" service re-wrote the data daily. This issue has been confirmed as fixed. - NEW! Promo Code on Ticketing Modal
Today's update includes the new feature that detects if there's an active and available promo code for ticketed events and will now show a "Promo Code?" text link that will allow a guest to apply a promo code before they add tickets to their cart.
NOTE: We still highly encourage you to use our Promo Code URLs with any marketing, whether via email or social media for the best checkout experience. - NEW! Ticketing FAQ Library
We are introducing a brand-new feature with today's release that allows you to create your FAQ Library for your ticketed events and re-use FAQs we've added to the system FAQ library. Once you've created your FAQ Library, you can then assign those FAQs to each of your ticketed events.
Learn More - NEW! Ticketing Additional Content
We are introducing a new content capability for ticketed events that will allow you to add additional content blocks (text and images) to your Event Details page. You will find a new Additional Content button that will redirect you to a new page that allows you to add a Text content block and an Image Content block. Be sure images are pre-cropped to be 720px wide and the file size is less than 2Mb.
NOTE: This feature is currently in early beta stages and is limited to the ability to add Content, but it will not be displayed on the Event page until an update is completed next week. This gives you an opportunity to try the new feature and get a head start on when the next release is completed. - NEW! Experience Images in Widget
Today's release includes the Experience images in our embedded widget that we released in the previous update for the Business pages.
See Example - NEW! ICS File Includes Add-Ons
Today's update includes an update to the .ics file which is attached to all Reservation booking calendar requests which will now display the purchased Add-Ons or UpSells. Please note that depending on the version of Outlook 365, Outlook 2018 and Outlook 2016, this additional information will be formatted differently which is out of our control.
