There are plenty of reasons why you would need to manually adjust some specific times for experiences on specific dates:
- Managing capacity due to staffing issues
- Managing capacity due to space constraints
- Managing capacity due to weather
Follow these instructions on how to close off specific times for specific experiences.
- Log into the CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
- Click the Calendar link from the left-hand menu.
- Using the Date Picker select the date you wish to make changes to.
- Select the Schedule View tab at the top of the calendar view.
- Locate the experience you wish to Close and double-click.
- Doing so will open a new panel, where you can then Adjust your Max Capacity.
- Click Update button once ready to commit changes.
- Repeat the same steps for any other experiences for that day, or choose another date.
- Those experiences are now no longer available to consumers to book, but admins can indeed continue to book these, so look out for the status "color" when booking reservations as these will appear as a dark gray.
NOTE: If you need to close off your entire day, you would use the Holidays & Closures feature found in the Business section.
