Administrator Access Required
To create or edit Reservation Promotions, you must log in with administrator-level access.
Step-by-Step: Creating a New Reservation Promotion
Step 1: Log Into the Admin Panel
Go to the CellarPass Admin portal:

Log in using an account with administrator privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to Offers & Promotions
Click Marketing from the left-hand main menu
Select Offers & Promotions from the submenu
Step 3: Create a New Promotion
In the top right-hand corner, click New Promotion
From the Promotion Type dropdown, select RSVP Confirmation Promo
Enter a name for internal reference. This name is not visible to guests.
Click Save
Step 4: Build Your Confirmation Email Content
On the right-hand side, you will see three content block options. You may add only one instance of each type.
Add Text Block
Use this block to include descriptive messaging such as:
A limited-time offer
A reminder about an upcoming event
A wine club or retail incentive
Helpful pre-visit information
Keep the text concise and guest-focused.
Add Image Block
This option allows you to embed a graphic with a clickable link.
Best practices:
Use a web-ready JPG or PNG
Maximum width of 1200 pixels
Choose imagery that reinforces your brand or highlights the offer
Link directly to a relevant page such as wine club signup, event details, or an online store
Add Button
Buttons are ideal for clear calls to action.
You can:
Set custom button text

Step 5: Save Your Promotion
Once your content is complete, click Save to activate the promotion.
Your Reservation Promotion will now be automatically inserted into all reservation confirmation emails.
