Closing Specific Reservation Experiences

There are plenty of reasons why you would need to close off some specific times for experiences on specific dates:

• Staffing issues
• Room or area needs to be closed for maintenance
• Vendor not available for that date or time
• Private event being held in same space
• Managing capacity

Follow these instructions on how to close off specific times for specific experiences.

1. Log into the CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Click the Calendar link from the left-hand menu.
3. Using the Date Picker select the date you wish to make changes to.
4. Select the Schedule View tab at the top of the calendar view.
5. Locate the experience you wish to Close and double-click.
6. Doing so will open a new panel, where you can then select Close Event.
7. Repeat the same steps for any other experiences for that day, or choose another date.
8. Those experiences are now no longer available to consumers to book, but admins can indeed continue to book these, so look out for the status "color" when booking reservations as these will appear as a dark gray.
