Booking Lead Times
Booking Lead Times affect how far in advance a customer can book an experience. There are certainly many reasons why you would need to know long before your guest shows up - if you need to order food or perhaps hunt down the winemaker for a winemaker led tasting. Just remember that lead times are strict for online bookings. Someone that hops on his or her phone at 8pm on a Friday looking for a 1pm tasting on Saturday will be sadly disappointed if you've set up a 24 hour lead time. The shorter your lead time, the easier it will be for customers to book your location.
Your booking and cancel lead times are shown on the right-hand side of your previously built events in the Event Manager-RSVP section. To adjust these times, click edit. Lead times can then be set at the top of the "Details" tab, just under active dates.
