This article provides an overview of the different configurations of filters and data requirements for the Table Pro app.
If you would like to accept walk-in Guests or would like to track Guests that are requesting to be on a Wait List, you can accomplish these tasks with the CellarPass Table Pro app.
SETTING WAIT LIST PREFERENCES
This is a feature that can be configured on each individual iPad so that each device can have their own set of requirements. If you want all the iPads to have the same requirements, simply follow the same procedure and settings on all the Table Pro iPad devices.
- Click the Settings icon which looks like a "gear" in the top, right-hand corner of the Table Pro app.
- On the left-hand side, select the Wait List option.
- Once this is clicked, the right-hand of the screen will update with new options.
- Slide the toggle left to disable the requirement feature, swipe it right to enable the requirement.
HIDE WAIT LIST RECORDS (STATUS)
- Canceled- If you want to hide Wait Lists that have been marked as "Canceled" and don't want them to be displayed in the iPad, swipe this feature to the right.
- No Show- If you want to hide Wait Lists that have been marked as "No Show" and don't want them to be displayed in the iPad, swipe this feature to the right.
- Closed (Today)- If you want to hide Wait Lists that have been Seated and have since left their table, swipe this feature to the right.
WALK-IN / WAIT LIST REQUIREMENTS (AT LEAST ONE IS REQUIRED)
- Email Address- Swipe this feature to the right if you want to require an email address to add a Guest to the Wait List.
- First Name- Swipe this feature to the right if you want to require a First Name to add a Guest to the Wait List.
- Last Name- Swipe this feature to the right if you want to require a Last Name to add a Guest to the Wait List. (recommended)
- Phone- Swipe this feature to the right if you want to require a phone to add a Guest to the Wait List. (mobile number recommended)
SEND SMS TEXT
- Swipe right if you would like to have Table Pro send a default "welcome" message once a Guest has been added to a Wait List that includes a confirmed mobile phone number.
ACCEPT FUTURE WAIT LIST
- Swipe right if you would like to have Table Pro be setup to allow Guests to be added to Wait List for future dates. (not recommended)
