Setting Reservation-based Event Display Order in Widget

You can set the specific order in which your Reservation-based Events are displayed in the booking widget with the "Sort Order" feature available to be set on an individual expererience.

Please note that you must have Admin-level access to the platform to make these changes.

To set the Event Display Order:

1. Log into CellarPass by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Click Experiences from the left-hand menu.
3. From the drop down menu under Experiences, select Events 
4. You will see the list of your Reservation-based Events. Click on the event name and select Event Details from the pop up.  Locate the "Sort" field.
5. The default value is "0". You will want to edit each of your Events and enter a numeric value (0 - 999). Entering a lower number will place the Event higher (towards the top) in the list, while a higher number will display the Event towards the bottom.
6. Save the Event when you are satisfied with your value.
7. Repeat Steps 5 - 6 for each Event, entering a different value to set the order.

 If you enter a "1" for the Display Order value, this will display the Event at the top of your list (unless an event has a "0" value. Entering "999" will force the Event to be displayed at the bottom of the list.

Once you are done, your sort order should be 0,1,2,3,4,5 and so on. You can view the current Sort Order value by viewing the Events within the Experiences tab. Note that the order in which they are displayed in this page is alphabetical and is not representative of what order would be shown in the widget.
