Guest Search Function in Table Pro

This articles provides instruction son how you can search for Guests within Table Pro

Table Pro allows you to search for Guests that have a seating status of "Pending", "Seated" or "Wait List".

To search for a Guest in Table Pro, follow these instructions.

1. Click the "home" button (looks like a house) in the top, right-hand navigation menu.
2. Select one of the main tabs Table status tabs, Pending, Seated or Wait List that you believe the Guest will be assigned.
3. In the bottom, left-hand side of the Table Pro app, you will find a search bar. You can search for Guests by:
   1. Last Name
   2. First Name
   3. Confirmation #
4. Enter any of these variables will filter the data that matches.

Please note that the search is limited to search matches based on the date selected at the top of the Table Pro app.
