Get valuable insight on your Guest's purchase history with the WineDirect LTV feature
For those that have opted to integrate WineDirect with CellarPass, you can gain valuable insight on a Guest when booking a Reservation. If a Guest is matched, the system will not provide the number of orders, last order date and the total value of all their orders that are available in the WineDirect system. You must be a current Professional or Table Pro subscriber to use this feature.
To use this feature, follow these instructions.
- Log into CellarPass backoffice by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
- Go to the Experiences section on the left hand side of your admin account.
- Select Book Reservation
- Select a date and number of Guests to be booked.
- From one of the available Events and time slots, click one.
- There are two ways to receive the LTV information:
- Use the Match feature
- Enter the email address and do an automated lookup
- If there's a match, or you select from the available matches, the LTV data will be populated.
- If there's no previous order information, you will see "N/A".
