How Do I Delete a Ticket Level?

If you no longer want to offer a specific Ticket level for sale, there's a few options to choose from.

If you no longer want to offer a specific Ticket level for sale anymore, there's a few options:

OPTON #1
Hide the Ticket Level from public view. This will not terminate the Ticket Level, it will merely hide it from public view.

1. Locate the Ticketing on the left hand side of the admin page.
2. Click the Events button.
3. Click the name of the event showing in blue.
4. Click the Ticket Levels option from the pop up menu.
5. Click the Trash icon on the right hand side of the ticket level you wish to remove.
6. Go to your Events page and confirm the Ticket level is now hidden.

OPTON #2
End the sales for a Ticket Level. Be careful, this option cannot be undone.

1. Locate the Ticketing on the left hand side of the admin page.
2. Click the Events button.
3. Click the name of the event showing in blue.
4. Click the Ticket Levels option.
5. To the far right, locate the icon that is a circle and a slash through it.
6. Agree to End the Ticket sales for the selected Ticket level.
7. If that is the only Ticket level you wish to modify, click the Save button.
8. Go to your Events page and confirm the Ticket level is now hidden.
