CellarPass Email Automation Schedule & Definitions
Please note that system-generated email templates are maintained by CellarPass and do not offer customization. If you do not like the design or the feature, templates that are denoted with an asterisk can be disabled, allowing you to develop your own drip campaigns.
RESERVATIONS
Abandoned Cart Reminder
Sent roughly 6 hours after booking is added to their itinerary and Reservation is not completed within that time period. This can be disabled in Settings, Member Configuration.
Reminder Email- Reservations
Sent 24 Hours Prior to Reservation Event Date
Review Invite- Reservations
Sent 24 Hours After Reservation Event Date
Please note that Reservations with Customer Type Trade 1 and Trade 2, do not receive Reservation Reminder, nor Review Invite emails.
TICKETING
Abandoned Cart Reminder* Sent 6 hours after ticket is added to Shopping Cart and ticket is not purchased within that time period. This can be disabled in Settings, Member Configuration.

Sent 48 Hours Prior to Event Start Date
Review Invite
Sent 24 Hours After Event End Date
Post Ticketed Event Steps (Admin) 9:00 AM PACIFIC
Other Automation Tasks
Credit Card Batching 12:30 AM - 1:30 AM PACIFIC
