This article shows you how CellarPass Table Pro allows you the unique capability of being able to customize your Table Statuses based on a specific event. This provides a helpful reference for your staff to know how far along a guest is on their experience in Table Pro. For example, you may have a Table Status Group of Current Releases which would track First Flight, Second Flight and Third Flight while you may have a Production Tour that has the status of Reception, Cellar, Cave.
Creating & Managing Table Status Groups

6. If you have a Table Status already built, you can assign it from the Table Status Group dropdown.
7. If you have not already created custom Groups, click the Manage Table Status button in the top, right-hand corner.
8. Here you will see any other Custom Table Status Groups. To create one, click the + Add button located in the top, right-hand corner.

Testing Changes in Table Pro
1.Grab one of your iPads that has Table Pro running.
2. Click the Settings link in Table Pro.
3. Towards the bottom on the General Settings tab, click the Clear Cache button. This is very important.
4. Once the Table Pro Cache has been cleared, we recommend booking a test reservation against the Event that has been recently modified with the Table Status. Be sure its a Reservation for "today" or you will not be able seat the test party.
5. Follow the normal steps of seating the party, using the test party reservation.
6. Now, click on the current Seated status button in Table Pro. This will display your custom Table Statuses.
If Table Pro does NOT show the correct Table Status Group, review these steps.
1. Did you skip the step where you were supposed to clear the Table Pro app cache?
2. Did you accidentally book against the wrong event or make changes to the wrong event?
