For ticketed events that do not use the Self Print option, you'll want to check in guests using the Guest List Mode.
If you choose not to use the Self Print option for your ticketed events, but still want to check in guests, you only have two options to track guests and check them off your guest list.
OPTION 1: EXPORT GUEST LIST(printed method)
You can go the old-school way and export your Guest List.
- Log into CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
- Click Ticketing from the left-hand menu.
- Select Events from the submenu.
- Locate your event you want to export your Guest List.
- Look for the icon with the "arrow" denoting the Export Guest List.
- Click the icon and you'll receive an export.
OPTION 2: EXPORT GUEST LIST(digital check in)
The fastest and easiest way to check in guests is using our Guest Link Pro app which is available for both iOS and Android.

- Once downloaded and you are logged into the app, click Ticketing.
- Clicking Ticketing or Passport.
- Select Events.
- Tap one of the events from your list of event(s) that you wish to check in guests.
- In the top, right-hand corner, click More.
- From the menu, select Guest List.
- You will be presented with a list of your guests, sorted by last name.
- Tapping on the guest will give you more details.
- Swiping will give you the option to check in the guest, one-by-one.
Note that you will NOT be able to check-in guests until the day of the event, or the ticket valid date on the ticket. This is to prevent premature check-ins.
