This article shows you the steps on how to add a Concierge to your CellarPass account which will allow you to "tag" their name when booking Reservations via the admin panel.
Adding or "mapping" a Concierge to be added to your Third Party Booking list (Reservations) is done by following these steps:
1. Log into CellarPass by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Click the Team main menu link.
3. Then select Hospitality Network submenu link.
4. Then from the More Actions menu in the top right-hand corner, select Add Hospitality Member.
5. Enter the Email Address for the partner.
6. If the partner's email address is recognized, the rest of the form will be filled out for you automatically. If not, complete the form.
7. Click the Save button.
The Concierge will be immediately added to your list of Concierges under People, and will now be found in the Third Party list when booking reservations.
Concierge Booking Referral Reports
When Concierges book reservations through your website or CellarPass.com, they will be "tagged" as the booking party on behalf of the guest. There is also a report on Concierges so you can see who your most popular booking agents are. Go to Reports > Reservations > Concierge Referrals.
