This article covers how your can program a Reservation-based Event to "auto-close" after the first Reservation is booked (or a preset amount) against a specific Event, Date and Time. This is ideal for Events that are considered a private experience or you need to limit number of parties.
Yes, with our "Max Orders" feature you can keep experiences exclusive to just one group by disabling the ability continue booking reservation-based events. The first reservation received for a specific event, date and time, will be color coded brown in the Event Calendar, and not shown anywhere to consumers.
If the reservation is cancelled or rescheduled to a different slot, the system will automatically re-open the time slot, making it available to be booked for another party.
Setting Auto-Close Feature
1. Log into CellarPass by going to www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Select Experiences from the main menu, then select Events.
3. Locate the event you wish to apply the Auto-Close feature to.
4. Click the Event Name to edit the Event.
5. Click the Schedule tab at the top.
6. Here you will see all your times for this specific Event.
7. Locate the Max Orders checkbox, which is located at the top of the page.
8. You will now need to set a Max Number of Orders (Reservations) for each time slot.
9. Click the Save button.
Repeat Steps 2-9 for any other Reservation-based Events.
