This article covers the basic steps of booking a Reservation against a normal event schedule.
Booking Reservations via Search Method
1. Log into your admin account (www.cellarpass.com/manage).
2. Go to the Experiences menu from the left hand side of your admin page and select Book Reservation.
3. Select the date and party size of the reservation you wish to book and click Search. The available experiences and their time slots will appear below.
4. Select the appropriate time slot and you will be taken to the checkout page.
5. Here you will be prompted to input the guest information and payment information. If any required info is left blank, the system will highlight the field in red if it is not completed when you try to Complete the reservation.
6. Once the reservation has been processed you will be directed to the Reservation details page that will display all the information provided at the time of checkout including confirmation email.
7. If you provided a valid email address for the reservation, the guest will receive an email confirmation.
Booking Reservations through the Calendar
1. Go to the Calendar tab on the left hand side of your admin page.
2. Select the date you wish to book the guest for by using the arrows in the top left of the calendar view.
3. Once you are on the day you wish to book the guest for, then select one of the available experiences and time slots that you wish to book the guest into.
4. When selecting a time slot a modal window will display with the option to select +RSVP (green button). This will take you to the reservation checkout page.
5. From here you will be prompted to fill in the guest information and Payment information (if required). Then click Complete Reservation at the bottom of the page to process the reservation.
6. If you provided a valid email address for the reservation, the guest will receive an email confirmation.
