The integration between CellarPass and bLoyal provides many features that help provide a robust guest management solution. This service is available to Professional Plan (and higher) subscribers.
Highlights
1. Real-time Customer Lookup
The integration between CellarPass and bLoyal provide seamless capability to recognize your club members in real-time, allowing you to comp tastings, tours and more. This capability is available while booking Reservations via the CellarPass backoffice, your website and CellarPass.com
2. Customer Search
Within the CellarPass backoffice while booking a Reservation, you can lookup customers within bLoyal by Last Name and Email Address.
3. Upsert Orders
This integration also allows you to upsert paid and unpaid Reservation orders via the CellarPass Reservations Sync system. This will upsert the Event based on the SKU applied to the Event as well as all relevant sales tax, customer detail and payment status.
4. CustomerID
Once a guest in CellarPass has been matched to a customer record in bLoyal, the bLoyal CustomerID is used for any further communications between the systems.
A.. Enabling the CellarPass Integration
- Contact CellarPass to enable the bLoyal integration by submitting a support ticket.
- Once we have received your request, we will contact you to schedule a kick-off call. This will allow us to better understand how your bLoyal database is configured which will allow us to determine next steps.
