This article answers the question regarding if there's a delay between the time a Reservation or Waitlist record is created and when it will appear in the Table Pro App.
Your Guests and staff can book Reservations from a variety of places online, whether that's one of your staff members booking through the back office to a guest using their mobile device or through one of our many syndicated content network partners.
There is a millisecond delay from when a guest books online and when it will appear in your TablePro or Guest Link Pro app. If there's a delay, check the following:
1. Be sure that your TablePro is set to Apple Push Notifications, NOT the Timed mode. This makes sure that there's no delay.
2. Check your network connection. Some networks have throttling of devices when there's too much congestion across the network. Contact your IT administrator for further troubleshooting.
3. Reboot your device or try another network.
4. Delete the TablePro app, re-install and try again. Sometimes iOS or app updates aren't always perfect and could be "stuck".
If you ever need to "force" refresh the data in your app, there's two options:
1. Click the Home button in the TablePro app. Using one finger hold and drag your finger in a quick motion.
2. Go to Settings, select the General tab, then select CLEAR CACHE text link in the bottom right. This will force the app to download all new data.
3. Rebook your device.
