There will be times when you need to either increase or decrease your fees for Reservation-based Events. The good news is that changing the Event Fee is very simple, and any existing Reservations (booked prior to the change) will remain unaffected.
There will be times when you need to either increase or decrease your fees for Reservation-based Events. The good news is that changing the Event Fee is very simple, and any existing Reservations (booked prior to the change) will remain unaffected.
Log into CellarPass Admin Panel
1. Go to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Go to Reservations, then select Create & Manage.
3. Locate the Event to be modified, then click the blue "Edit" button to the left of the Event that you will be changing the Event Fee on.
4. On the Details tab of the Event Editor, locate the Fee Per Person field.
5. Enter the new price that will be charged.
6. Click "Save".
7. Test your results by visiting your widget or attempting to book through the back office to confirm the Fee Per Person price change.
For other events, repeat steps 2 -7.
