In many areas of CellarPass, three-digit codes are displayed to help you better understand where the Reservation originated. Once the Reservation has been saved, subsequent changes to the Reservation will NOT effect the saved Source Code. For example, modifying a "REF"-based Reservation via the back office will not update it to be a "B/O" Reservation.
B/O (Back Office)- Reservation was placed through the back office by one of your employees.
WGT (Widget)- Reservation was placed via the Widget code embedded into your own website.
CON (Concierge) Reservation was placed by a User registered as a Concierge (This can include transportation partners, third party agents, etc)
REF (Referral)- Reservation was placed through the CellarPass.com website.
MOB (Mobile)- Reservation was placed via a mobile or tablet device.
AFF (Affiliate)- Reservation was placed through the many Affiliate partners that CellarPass has a relationship with. Yelp falls into this category.
TBL (TablePro)- Reservation was placed through the CellarPass Table Pro Table Management app for iOS.
There are cases where three-digit codes can be combined such as a back office booking including a Concierge. This will bill the transaction as a B/O, but will also show that a CON was attached.
