Make it easier for your guests to choose their Add-Ons by uploading a marketing photo for each product. This article covers how to upload an image and where the image appears during an online booking.
Since photos can be one of the easiest ways to persuade a potential guest to book a Reservation with your property, we recommend that you update the photos at least every 4-6 months. We recommend that you start with images that are at least 950px (wide) and are NOT previously cropped. You should start with a native photo at 72dpi.
Logging into CellarPass Backoffice
1. Log into CellarPass by going to http://www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Click the Experiences section on the left menu.
3. Select Add-Ons from the submenu.
4. Click on the name of the Add-On you wish to assign an image to. This will load the Add-On editor.
5. On this screen, click the Upload button.
6. The next page, click the Select button to start the image uploader tool.
7. On your local machine or network drive, locate an image that is 72dpi and is at least 450px wide X 450px tall.
8. Click Save Image.
9. Click Save if you have made any other changes to the Add-Ons details.
Note on Images: For the best experience with uploading photos, we recommend that you use a photo editing program to first reduce the resolution of your photos to be 72dpi, no more. Then we strongly recommend that you make the images no more than 900px wide or the system will most likely reject your image.
