One of the great benefits of using the CellarPass Guest Link Pro app to scan tickets for a passport event your tasting room participated in is building your contact list. You can export this data on a daily basis and create a follow up message to your new guest or wait until the event is over, then send. Either way, the process is the same.
Exporting Checked-In Guest Data
- Log into the CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/mange
- Select Reports from the left-hand menu.
- Select Passport Check-Ins from the submenu.
- At the top, select the Passport event you recently participated in.
- Click Report.
- You will now see a list of tickets that were checked into your property. Note that you may see the same email address more than once as when the ticketbuyer registered, they did not provide a unique email address for each ticket purchased.
- Just below the Report button, click the Export to Excel link. This will download the data displayed in your web browser into a Excel spreadsheet.
- Note that there's a Check-In column denoting when the guest was checked into your property.
