Ticketed Event Capacity & Wait Lists

If your event has met the Event Max Capacity number, this is a hard limit which effects the sales of all tickets and wait list requests.

If you have met this capacity and would like to continue to collect guests on a wait list, here's the steps you will need to take.

1. Edit the Capacity of each ticket level to match the quantity sold that is displayed directly to the left.
2. Click the Save button as you modify each ticket level.
3. Repeat this for every ticket level.
4. Lastly, increase your Event Max Capacity level to the new max qty needed to collect the additional Wait List requests.
5. Click Save.

Additional Notes About Ticketing Wait Lists
For a Wait List to be available to the potential attendee, you must also adjust your Ticket Sales End Date on each ticket level to be a date in the future as this also controls when a Wait List is available to be signed up.
