Cloning a Ticketed Event

If you produce similar ticketed events, such as a concert series or wine tasting series that overall has the same event setup, just different dates, we recommend using the cloning process as it can save you a lot of time.

Once you have created your first "master" event, it's very easy to make instant clones.

1. Login into the CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
2. Select the Ticketing option from the left-hand main menu.
3. Locate the "master" event you wish to clone.
4. Click on the Event name, then from the submenu, select Clone Event.
5. In the popup window, set your new Date(s) and Time(s).
6. Click the Clone button when ready.
7. This will then open the Ticketed event editor for the new cloned version of the event.
8. Update the details such as:
   1. Name of the Event
   2. Event Short Description
   3. Event Long Description
   4. Ticket-level details (dates tickets go on sale, off sale, valid dates, etc.)
   5. As with all events, we strongly recommend you use different images for both your Listing image and your Banner image. This helps each one stand apart in marketing that CellarPass does.
