Including Private Reservation Events with Passport Ticketed Events

If your account has reservation-based events that are marked as Active-Private and would like to include these experiences as part of your Passport ticketed event, you will need to make one configuration change.

Including Private Reservation Experiences
To allow guests to select your private Reservation experiences, follow these steps:

1. Edit your Ticketed event by going to Ticketing in the admin panel.
2. Locate your Ticketed event, then click on the event name..
3. Select Marketing & Discounts from the submenu.
4. Scroll down to Event Accessibility section.
5. Click on the + More to expand the section.
6. Select the Show Private RSVP Events checkbox.
7. Start typing in the input field to show a list of your Reservation experiences.
8. Select the experiences you wish to include, also selecting the private events.
9. Select the Show Private RSVP Events checkbox.
10. Click the Save button.
11. Test, test, and test some more to confirm the configuration provides the results you were expecting.

NOTE: Simply selecting the Private events in the list of events will not automatically include the private events. You must follow the instructions below to include private events in your list of experiences guests can select during checkout.
