If you wish to sell a passport and also require the ticketbuyer to create their itinerary as part of their checkout, there's some additional options you'll need to setup and configure.
Build Your Reservation-based Experiences
Follow the standard procedure of creating the Experiences within your account. These can be set to be Active-Public or Active-Private depending on how you want to control which experiences are purchased.
For example, you can have a VIP level that then exposes specific Private Experiences, whereas all other ticket levels see the Public Experiences.
Including Private Reservation Experiences
To allow guests to select your private Reservation experiences, follow these steps:
- Edit your Ticketed event by going to Ticketing in the admin panel.
- Locate your Ticketed event, then click on the event name..
- Select Marketing & Discounts from the submenu.
- Scroll down to Event Accessibility section.
- Click on the + More to expand the section.
- Select the Show Private RSVP Events checkbox.
- OR select Display Selected Events and start typing in the input field to show a list of your Reservation experiences.
- Select the experiences you wish to include, also selecting the private events.
- Select the Show Private RSVP Events checkbox.
- Click the Save button.
- Test, test, and test some more to confirm the configuration provides the results you were expecting.
NOTE: Simply selecting the Private events in the list of events will not automatically include the private events. You must follow the instructions below to include private events in your list of experiences guests can select during checkout.
