Managing Will Call Limits at Ticket Level

The Will Call Capacity feature provides flexibility to limit (or unlimited) the number of tickets sold for specific Will Call Locations.

Setting Specific Capacity

Entering a number greater than zero, such as "100" will restrict the number of tickets available for purchase for the Will Call Location. In this case, 100 tickets will be allowed to be selected for this location.

Allowing Unlimited Capacity

Enter “0” if you want to allow unlimited purchases for the specific Will Call Location.

Stopping Sales
Enter “-1” in the Will Call Capacity field will eliminate the specific location from any future ticket sales.

NOTE: Deleting the Will Call location will prevent any future ticket sales for the specific location.

Any voided tickets or voided sales are not deducted from capacity.
