You can add new Users to provide access to the CellarPass admin panel at anytime, there are no limits or separate charges for the number of Users associated with your account.
Admininstrator-level access is the highest level of access to the system that can be granted and should be restricted to manager-level or well-versed Users only. The rest of your Users should be simply provided Basic access.
- Log into CellarPass admin panel by going to https://www.cellarpass.com/manage
- Select Business from the main menu.
- Next, select Team from the submenu.
- Locate the User you wish to assign permissions and click their last name.
- Along the top of their record, select the Permissions tab.
- Assign their permissions (see below for details) by setting, Administrator, Basic or Accounting.
- Click Save.
The new User will then receive an email, letting them know which property they've been invited to manage and complete their User profile.Please note that when inviting a new User, they must activate their account within 4 hours of receiving the invite. After that, the invitation will expire.
a) Administrator provides full access. This should not be assigned to every User.
b) Basic should be assigned to User accounts that only need access to book, reschedule and cancel reservations.
c) Accounting is to allow strict access to those in the Accounting Department to our invoices only. They have access to no other features.
Other Roles
Depending on your CellarPass subscription, you may have access to other permissions such as Server. Assign the Server role if you would like to be able to assign this User to a Table, Section or Reservation.
