Okay, you've published your ticketed event and now it's time to let all your guests know about it. There's several options available to you within CellarPass, then of course, we recommend you share links on your social media.
Communications Manager
CellarPass has a built-in Invitations system that's very simple to use and best of all, it's free. This allows you to quickly send out invitations to list(s) of your choosing for each of your ticketed events. We believe this is one of the best ways to get guests to buy tickets early, but recommend sending out the invitation at least 3X, making sure you check the box to exclude those that have already purchased.

Posting to Facebook
There's two approaches to posting announcements on Facebook:
1. Create a Post
This is one of the easiest and quickest ways to announce your event, though we believe it will get seen less than if you were to Create an Event posting.
Simply copy your CellarPass ticketed event URL, add some marketing copy to a Facebook post. Then publish it.
2. Create an Event Announcement
Facebook doesn't allow you to select an option to do this, but once you have created a post that includes a link to your event on CellarPass, it will detect that your post is about an event and will ask you after publishing whether you want to publish as a Post or as an Event. We recommend you select the Event option as this will then become sticky on your Facebook page.
