Welcome to our latest platform update! We're excited to announce a comprehensive overhaul that brings forth numerous new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the entire ecosystem.

Release Notes
This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
GENERAL UPDATES
Updating Alerts & Notifications
We identified a bug where the "Update All" button was not setting the email address(es) to all Confirmations or Cancellation Emails.
TICKETING
Ticketed Event URL
The ticketed event's URL will no longer be updated once you have published your event. We recommend you review the name of your event and the associated URL in Draft more before you Publish.
Event Status
You can set ticketed events published status back to Draft if no tickets have already been sold.
Event Details
We have made some design changes to the Event Details section while creating or editing a ticketed event so that the high level information about your event is located in a single section.
RESERVATIONS
Event Types
Events that have Virtual Tasting as the Event Type will no longer include a map in the confirmation email to avoid confusion.
Complimentary Events
Subscribers to our Basic Plan will no longer be allowed to post complimentary events. If you would like to comp your club members, you'll need to start using our Club Member recognition feature.
Automatically Checking in Guests
Starting late May 2024, all guests will be automatically be checked in as if they arrived on time if you do no mark them as checked in or "No Show" within 24 hours.
REVIEWS
Hidden Reviews
Please note that any event that was booked privately and received a review will not be included in your list of reviews on your business page nor calculated in your overall score.
Post Visit Survey The platform will no longer request if a guest joined a club if we detected they were a club member at time of booking. A new option of "Yes, I joined" has been added for those the signed up for the club during their visit.
REPORTS
Guest List (Select)
We have redesigned how you fetch data for this report as the original modal design has become problematic with some modern browsers. You are now brought to a new page where you will select the data to initiate the download.
GUEST LINK PRO v2.6.1 RELEASED
Apple has approved Guest Link Pro v2.6.1 and highly-recommend that you download the update.

UPCOMING FEATURES
TICKETING
AUTOMATED DISCOUNTS
We will be introducing new automated discounting features that is focused on helping provide automated discounts based on schema defined within the platform and inclusive of lists you upload or integrated via 3rd Party club management.
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
We are working on designing a membership program within the ticketing features that will allow you to sell tickets to a membership program that will automatically renews based on the schema you set; for example 365 days from start date. You can then setup automatic discounts for all of your ticketed events based on those who purchase this membership.
LIST MANAGEMENT
We are overhauling our List Management feature and expanding it's capabilities. In an upcoming release, after publishing a ticketed event, the platform will automatically create a list in List Management that will then allow you to create discounting and access rules to other events, whether ticketing or reservation based.
