When it comes to Reservations, there are several different statuses that helps identify the state of the reservation:
- Confirmed (yellow)- this is the first status applied when a new reservation is booked).
- Rescheduled (Orange)- this status will be shown for 48 hours after a reservation has been modified since it was originally booked.
- Guest Delayed (Blue)- this status is used when a guest has informed you over the phone or via email that they are running late. When this feature is used, you can set a number of minutes that they are expected to arrive late.
- Cancelled (Red)- this status denotes that the reservation has been cancelled. Once a reservation has been cancelled, you cannot change it to any other status.
- No Show (Gray)- this status is to denote that the guest never arrived to honor their booking.
- Checked In (Green)- this status is to denote the guest has been marked as checked in.
- Arrived (Green)- this status is to denote the guest has arrived but not yet seated (TablePro only)
- Partially Seated (Green)- this status is to denote that the party has been seated at their table, but not all of the guests have arrived. (TablePro only)
- Seated (Green)- this status is to denote the guest has been seated at their table. (TablePro only)
- Review Received (Pink)- this status is to denote the guest has left a review related to their reservation.
