If you want more well-qualified guests, then you must check your guests in daily.
Why? When you check in a guest, this is the only time they are qualified to receive our post visit survey. The more and better reviews you receive, the higher you will be placed throughout our website, newsletter and other marketing channels.
Checking Guests In (Backoffice)
- Log into CellarPass.com/manage
- Select Experiences from the left-hand menu.
- Select Dashboard
- Locate the Reservation/Guest to be checked in. Search tools are provided to search if needed.
- Click on the Reservation's Confirmation# to view the Reservation details.
- At the bottom of the Reservations Details window, click the "green" Check-In button.
- The Reservation status will be updated to "Checked-in".
