There are times when you accidentally check the wrong party in and you would like to "reset" it which is possible via our admin panel, Guest Link Pro and TablePro.
This must be completed before the end of the day or you may get locked out from making this change.
Resetting via the Admin Panel
- Locate the Reservation via the Reservations Dashboard or Search.
- Click on the Confirmation # so that it opens up the Reservation Details view.
- On the far right, select the More Actions menu.
- Select Mark as Confirmed.
- The reservation will be updated to the "yellow" Confirmed status.
Resetting via Guest Link Pro app
- Locate the Reservation via the Reservations Dashboard or Search.
- Click on the Confirmation # so that it opens up the Reservation Details view.
- Locate the status button where it says Checked In or Completed or Seated.
- Select Confirmed.
- The reservation will be updated to the "yellow" Confirmed status.
Resetting via TablePro app
- Locate the Reservation via the Reservations Dashboard or Search.
- Click on the Confirmation # so that it opens up the Reservation Details view.
- Locate the status button where it says Checked In or Completed or Seated.
- Select Confirmed.
- The reservation will be updated to the "yellow" Confirmed status.
