Reservation Promo Code Report

If you are promoting a particular reservation-based experience using Promo Codes, you can track the results by using either the the following Reservation Reports.

Monthly Activity Report

1. Log into the CellarPass admin panel
2. Select Reports from the left-hand main menu.
3. Select Reservations from the submenu.
4. Select Monthly Activity from the submenu.
5. In the top right-hand corner, select the Month you wish to review data from the dropdown menu. If there is a month missing, you do not have data for that month.
6. This data can then be exported into different formats such as PDF, Excel, etc.

By Promo Code

1. Log into the CellarPass admin panel
2. Select Reports from the left-hand main menu.
3. Select Reservations from the submenu.
4. Select By Promo Code from the submenu.
5. In the top right-hand corner, select the Month you wish to review data from the dropdown menu. If there is a month missing, you do not have data for that month.
6. This data can then be exported into different formats such as PDF, Excel, etc.
