If you would like to delete a ticket level from your ticketed event, you can only do so if no tickets have been sold against that ticket level.
- Log into the CellarPass admin panel
- Click Ticketing from the left-hand main menu, doing so will expand the submenu.
- Select Events from the submenu.
- Click on the Event Name, then select Ticket Levels from the submenu.
- Locate the Ticket Level you wish to delete.
- On the far, right-hand side, locate the More Actions menu.
- Select Delete Ticket. If this option is not available, then you have ticket sales against this ticket level. The only option you will have is End Ticket Sales which will immediately set the Ticket Sales End Date into the past and no longer allow ticket sales to be made.
- Continue the same steps (5 - 7) for any other ticket levels you wish to delete.
