We completed an update to the platform that introduced many new features, improvements, feature enhancements and bug fixes throughout the ecosystem.
These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of benefits of the new features and improvements included in this release.
As with all release notes we distribute, we strongly recommend that you take a moment to review them and share them with your fellow team members.

This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
FRONT-END
X Formerly Twitter Logos
We have updated all Twitter icons to now follow their new "X" logo.
Friend Share Reservation Feature
We have completely overhauled the Friend Share feature that is available to visitors of our website after a guest has placed their reservation. A new template has been designed and is included in this update.
Photo Gallery on Business Page
We have completely overhauled the photo galley to show a 2x grid instead of highlighting one of the images along the time, which at times would distort the quality of the image.
GENERAL
Holiday Manager
All of the 2024 and 2025 holiday dates have been updated. There's a few new entries this year and recommend that ALL customers review these to be correct. Go to Business, Holiday Manager.
TICKETING
Editing Ticket Order
This upgrade includes a new limit that only allows the changing of the Ticketholder's name, ticket price or voiding a specific ticket level. All other editing must be done through the other available options in More Actions menu.
Changing Ticketholder Information
This upgrade includes a new limit that only allows the changing of the First Name, Last Name and Email Address when selecting "Edit Ticketholder Data".
Changing Delivery Methods
When viewing the details of an Order, we have added a new option of "Change Delivery Method" which makes it much easier to switch a Self Print (if available) to a Will Call Location A to Will Call Location B.
NOTE: New data logging has been added to store the history of these changes which will be displayed in the Order Details' Activity window.
Past Ticketed Events
On your CellarPass Business page, we will now show all of your past events, giving visitors a better understanding of events you've hosted in the past.
RESERVATIONS
Experience Reviews Report
This release includes a completely rewrite of our Experience Reviews system for both the consumer experience and the admin panel.
Reservations Review Report
We have redesigned the report to include all of the individual review details:
- Event Date and Time
- Event Name
- Guest Contact Details (Email Address and Phone)
- Party Size
- Confirmation #
- Overall Score
- First Impression
- Ambiance
- Hospitality
- Excellent, Good, etc.
- Private Message
- Review
- Purchase?
- Spending Amount (ranges)
- Club Member Status
Note: You MUST check in Guests for our system to send out the invitation 48 hours after their visit.
Refunding Pre-paid Reservation
We have added a new "Refund Order" within the Action Menu located in the Reservation Details view. Selecting this option will first show a modal screen, requiring you to confirm before proceeding. Proceeding will completely refund all previous payments applied to the order, leaving a balance due. If you ultimately comp'd the guest, we recommend updating the totals by applying a discount.
Pre-Assigning Servers via Admin Panel
We have completely re-written the feature that allows you to pre-assign a server via the Reservation Details view, if enabled. Simply click "Assign Server" which will show you a list of available Servers to choose from. Select the Server, then click "Confirm".
If a Server is already assigned, the Server's Full Name will be displayed as a hyperlink instead. Click the hyperlink, select from the available Servers and then click "Confirm".
Resending Confirmation Emails
We received a report of a bug when a reservation is booked with no email, then later on a confirmation is re-sent to alternative email address, it was not sending. This was fixed in this release.
