We completed an update to the platform that introduced many new features, improvements, feature enhancements and bug fixes throughout the ecosystem.
Today's upgrade includes the migration of our website to new servers that are benchmarking 10X the performance of previous tests.
These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of benefits of the new features and improvements included in this release.
As with all release notes we distribute, we strongly recommend that you take a moment to review them and share them with your fellow team members.

Release Notes
This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
GENERAL
Holiday Manager
A bug was reported with adding Holiday dates for 2024. This issue has been resolved as of 12/14/23.
Zoom Integration
We have temporarily removed the support for the Zoom integration due to changes in their security policy that will require many changes. We will provide an update later this year regarding the ETA on when this feature will return to the platform.
Team Members
You can now easily email any of your team members by clicking on their email address within the Team Members view in the admin panel.
Payment Gateway
So that it's easier to understand your current Reservations payment gateway provider, you will see the name of this provider below the name of your Account Manager's name on the left-hand side.
Google DoubleClick Integration
We have removed the support of the DoubleClick integration due to lack of use.
RESERVATIONS & WAIT LISTS
Image Manager
We've made some improvements to the image manager related to assigning images to Experiences. You can now delete images that are no longer attached to live events.
Reservations Reviews
Based on user feedback, we have redesigned the Reservations Review system to expand on asking two additional questions of "How much did you spend?" and "Did you sign up for a club?".
We have also paired down the number of choices when it comes to providing an overall impression to be "Excellent", "Above Average", "Good" and "Unsatisfactory".
Reservations Contact Information
We have migrated the location where you manage the Email Address and Phone that is used for Contact Settings to the top of the Notifications & Alerts page.
Reservations Payment Status
We've continued to improve the design of the Reservations Details view as we've done with both of our mobile apps (Guest Link Pro and TablePro). On the left-hand side, there's a clear "PAID" label or "Amount Due" if payment has not been received, or not received in full. Partially-paid reservations are not considered paid.
We have also cleaned up the Payments tab within the Reservation Details view. It's now clearly marked as Declined or Approved, where as before if there was an Error, it should show "Failed". Now, if there's a failure, it will show "Declined" instead.
Wait Lists
We completed some additional testing last week on Wait Lists for Reservations and found some odd bugs on the front-end that have been fixed as of 12/14/2023.
Club Member Status
When viewing the details of a reservation in the admin panel, we will now show the club(s) or account type(s) the guest is associated with. This will appear directly below the guest's name at the top of the Reservation Details view.
Reservation Deposit Polices Renamed
To provide better clarity, we have renamed two popular deposit policies for reservations:
1. Auto-charge Upon Booking- Reject Declined is now "Charge Immediately- Reject Declined"
2. Auto-charge Upon Booking- Accept Declined is now "Charge Immediately- Accept Declined"
TICKETING
Editing Ticket Order
We have removed the ability to edit Ticketholder Names while making ticket level changes or transaction-level changes to an order. If you need to change any Ticketholder Details, use the Edit Ticketholder Data feature available in the More Actions menu.
Date of Birth Field
If you have elected to require a date of birth on a ticket level, our system will automatically insert the ticketholder's date of birth (if available on their account) when selling tickets via the admin panel.
Ticket Capacity vs Tickets Sold
When viewing the Tickets editor, we have switched the positions of the Ticket Capacity and the Ticket Sold to make this more intuitive of how close you are to selling out each ticket level.
Ticket Levels
We have redesigned the Ticket Levels page to provide new sections for Live, Starts Soon and Ended, making it more clear than ever which tickets are now on sale, which are going to be on sale on a date in the future and ticket level sales that have ended.
GUEST LINK PRO
Guest Link Pro v2.5.5 Released
We released an update to Guest Link Pro v2.5.5 that optimizes some of the features and corrects a display for the Paid versus Unpaid. This version corrects a rare log-in issue and also corrects an issue that was reported when modifying a reservation with a Guest with an international address on file.
TABLEPRO
TablePro v2.5.1 Released
We released an update to TablePro v2.5.1 that optimizes some of the features and corrects a display for the Paid versus Unpaid. If the total sum of payments, minus any credits/refunds is less than the Total Due, it is considered Unpaid. So if you received a partial payment, it will not be considered Paid, but it will be flagged as Unpaid.
