Ticketed Event Reviews

The Ticketed Event Reviews system is the perfect feedback loop for attendees to share their experience at your event, from W-o-W to O-h, n-o, you'll know what you can rave about and what you need to work on before the next event.

Every guest that is checked in and was registered with a unique email address will receive the invitation 24 hours after their check in.

Viewing Check-In Reviews
You can check out all the reviews in the CellarPass admin panel by following these instructions. 
Note: Admin-level access is required to view Reports.

1. Select Reports from the left-hand main menu.
2. From the submenu, select Ticketing.
3. Then select Event Reviews.
4. Doing so will show a grid of recently-received reviews from the last 7 days.
5. Selecting the Last 7 Days in the top right, will allow you to view reviews by Month, which is the Month in which the event took place.

Exporting Data
You have the option to export the data that is displayed within the report by select the PDF, CSV, or Excel Excel buttons above the data.

Displayed Reviews
Reviews submitted will automatically begin appearing on your event's page. This feature cannot be disabled.
