We completed an update to the platform that introduced many new features, feature enhancements and bug fixes throughout the ecosystem.
These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of benefits of the new features and improvements included in this release.

This update included many new features designed to help you grow your business that we know you are going to be excited about.
RESERVATIONS
Post Booking Screen (Admin Panel)
To help make the platform more efficient, we no longer show the complete details of a reservation after booking, rescheduling or modifying. There will be a simple confirmation screen with a link to the details screen. This allows the system to book the reservation quicker by having to fetch less data, unless you need it.
Guest Tags & Visit Tags
If you booked a reservation that included Guest Tags and/or Visit Tags, we are now showing those in the updated Reservation details page. This feature is now available to Professional and TablePro subscriptions.
TICKETING
NEW! Ticketed Event Reviews
We have introduced the feature that allows guests that have a registered ticket to receive an invite to leave a review 48 hours after the event. Once the guest has submitted their review, they will be redirected to your business page on CellarPass. This is the perfect opportunity to promote upcoming special events and your reservation-based experiences to guests. So be sure to post your ticketed events as soon as possible.

Payout Notifications
We found that when a Payout was applied to a ticketed event, the system was not consistently sending the notification to the User configured to receive the notification. This release corrects this issue.
2024 Ticketed Event Page (Mobile)
This release includes some new optimizations to the Ticketed Event page for mobile visitors. We've moved important details such as Event Dates and venue information towards the top of the page and have optimized font sizes to meet latest design standards.
2024 Ticketed Events
We're pleased to see many of you have already started posting events for 2024 and encourage everyone to start posting events as we are forecasting that 2024 will be the year of special events. If you need assistance with posting your event, were happy to schedule a complimentary training sessions. Simply submit a technical support ticket with some dates and times that work for you and your team.
