Exporting Ticketed Event Attendee Lists
It's event day and you realized that your check-in hardware doesn't work, or there's limited Wi-Fi or data connection available and now you are panicking, right? Fear not as there's a backup plan available to you!
Login into CellarPass and locate your Event in the Ticketing section of your admin account. You'll see rows for each Event that you have built in CellarPass. As you pan from left to right, you'll notice this icon , click it once. If you are selecting this prior to your Event date, you'll only have one option. After your Event starts, you'll be able to select another option, "Export Attendees" which will allow you to download a list of Guests that were actually checked in.
Either option will bring you to a list of all your Guests or Attendees. On this page, you'll have the option to Export to Excel or Export to CSV. Clicking either option will start the export process and after a few moments, you'll see a file download to your browser's download folder.
You'll be able to open this in Excel and then print hard copies as backups.
