If you are managing a passport event and need to add or remove reservations for a customers existing itinerary keep in mind that the customer's itinerary will update online after 30 minutes. If you resend the customers ticker order (that includes the itinerary button) this will display the new itinerary 30 minutes after you added or removed the reservations.
If the customer would like to change or reschedule an existing reservation on the itinerary to another property, this will immediately update the customers itinerary online.
