Ticketing Additional Content Features

If you would like to expand on your ticketed event's description by adding additional content blocks and inline images, you can achieve this goal by using the Additional Content feature.

There are two types of content blocks:

• Text
• Photos / Images

Adding Text & Image Content Blocks
To expand on your Event Description, you can use the Additional Content feature which is available in the Event Details page in the Ticketed Event editor.

1. Log into CellarPass admin panel.
2. Click Ticketing.
3. Then select Events from the submenu.
4. Locate the Event you wish to add content to and click on the Event Name.
5. Select Event Details from the modal window.
6. Scroll down below the Event Description field.
7. Click the Additional Content button.
8. Doing so will load a new page.
9. To add a block of Text, click the Add Text button.
   1. Using the text editor, you can write your content.
10. To add an image, click the Add Image button.
    1. Click on the Upload Image area.
    2. Select the image from your computer, noting that it must be:
       1. Less than 2Mb
       2. Less than 1000px wide (will be resized to be 720px wide)
       3. 72 DPI
       4. JPG or PNG formats.
       5. Once you've selected the image, select Open. This will then upload the image and show you a preview.

Organizing Content Blocks
Once you have created your content blocks, you can re-arrange them using the up and down arrows. Clicking Save after you have completed will commit your changes.

Deleting Content Blocks
You can delete any of the content blocks by clicking the trash icon to the right of the content block you would like to delete.
