Tracking Customer Lists

 

There's several lists that are populated automatically and manually in our admin panel, each having their own purpose:

1. Guests/Guests- Customers that have purchased or made a reservation are dynamically added to this list. Any guest that has Post Captured their ticket will also appear here.
   
   You can export this data by clicking Guests, then Guests and selecting Export Guests from the dropdown menu located at the top right.
   
   
2. Guests / List Management- You can manage multiple lists that can be used to send out event invitations via our admin panel (Communications Manager), pull ticketholders from specific events or manually import lists from other systems.
   
   There's no provision to export these lists.
   
   
3. Marketing/ Site & Menu- This list is anyone that has opted-in when they booked their reservation.
   
   This list can be exported by clicking the Export Guests button to the left of your Opt-In message.
   
   
4. Marketing / Opt-In MailChimp- CellarPass offers real-time integration with MailChimp, allowing you to automatically add customers to a MailChimp List and set tags based on whether they purchased a ticket or booked a reservation. Learn More
   
   
5. Favorite Feature- This is a front-end feature that allows visitors to your events pages to be alerted when you post new ticketed events.
   
   There is no way to view or export these guests.
