CellarPass Platform Update Completed | 1/31/23

We completed our scheduled platform update at 4:28AM on 1/31/23 that introduced many enhancements throughout the ecosystem.

These release notes are designed to alert you of these changes and help you understand that some of these new features require your further input or may have a varying-level of impact on your account's current setup.

As with all release notes we distribute, we strongly recommend that you take a moment to review them and share them with your fellow team members.

GENERAL CHANGES
We have made tremendous strides on adding new features, improving existing features and fixing reported bugs.

1. NEW! MailChimp Integration
   Today's upgrade includes the ability connect your MailChimp account to the CellarPass admin panel so that when reservations or booked or tickets are sold, you can have these customers automatically added to a list.
   
   
2. Private Booking Requests
   You can now determine who receives the admin copy of the private booking request and include a standard [[ConfirmationMessage]]. This is managed in Business, then select Apps & Integrations.
   
   

RESERVATIONS
Today's update includes some new features and bug fixes.

1. Recent Bookings Report
   The recent Bookings Report that was located on the Home page has been moved to the dashboard page.
   
2. RSVP Editor
   The RSVP Event Editor has been slightly redesigned to use the full page width making it more convenient then ever to edit events.
   
   
3. Contact information
   You can now manage the contact information that is included in RSVP Confirmation emails by going to Business, Notifications & Alerts, then clicking Contact Settings.
   
   
4. New Tag Formatting Option
   The new [[ConfirmationMessage]] and [[CancellationMessage] fields in Reservation Events can now be formatted with line breaks and paragraphs. A single "return" on the keyboard will give you a line break, whereas a double "return" will display a paragraph break.
   
   
5. CellarPass Embedded Booking Widget
   We have re-introduced the code that is to be used to embed the CellarPass booking widget on your website. You will find this in Marketing, then select Widget.
   
6. CellarPass Booking Widget Auto Resizer Update
   Today's update includes a revised version of our embedded widget that removes the requirement to reference a 3rd party auto-resizer javascript file. The Embedded widgets now reference our own internally-writtten version. If your embedded widget utilizes references to the 3rd party auto-resizer, we recommend removing those references as they are no longer necessary.

TICKETING
Today's update includes some new features and bug fixes.

      We have released the new event editor navigation design.
      
      

TABLEPRO v2.4.1
We're continuing to improve the features and capabilities of TablePro 2.
