If you have found that the map is not rendering or is not displaying correct in your RSVP Confirmation or RSVP Reminder email, this is due to your Google Directions URL is not correct on the Location associated with the RSVP Event.
Correcting or updating your Google Maps URL.
Note, you must have admin-level access to make these changes.
- Log into the CellarPass admin panel
- Select Business
- From the submenu, select Locations
- From the list of Locations, click the name of the Location you wish to edit.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page for the Maps & Directions URL.
- Click the Get URL button.
- Click Save.
- There's a dropdown menu at the top right of this page that shows all of your Locations. This allows you to quickly jump to others to repeat steps 5 - 7.
